About Us

Relay was developed with the auto dealership in mind by retail auto individuals who have been on the front line for the last 38 years. Over this time, we have all seen the industry go through and face various obstacles, challenges, changes and various new technologies. Yet with all of these changes and new technologies that are available, dealerships still continue to perform, communicate and monitor daily operations in some of the same old-fashioned ways as we did 38 years ago.

Over this time, we have all seen the industry go through and face various obstacles, challenges, changes and various new technologies. Yet with all of these changes and new technologies that are available, dealerships still continue to perform, communicate and monitor daily operations in some of the same old-fashioned ways as we did 38 years ago.

Our Story

Having been on the front lines of the retail automotive business for the last 38 years, we started to review the everyday operations, functions and challenges that dealership personnel are faced with daily.  Dealership associates and management are constantly needing information on the status of deals, contracts, employees, make ready, plates, production and a host of other items.  Combine this with the constant threat of fraud and “Bad Actors” coming through the front doors of the dealership, things are bound to slip through the cracks.  There is not a day that goes by that every associate is presented with some, if not all, of these challenges or questions, and then the cycle starts all over the next day.

Our observations lead us to realize that if we could find a way to minimize these challenges and streamline the process, it would greatly increase the efficiency, accountability and profitability of the dealership. With this in mind, Relay was launched. Our goal is to take our years of retail automotive experience and combine it with industry leading, secure technology and develop an application that will assist the dealer and its employees to be productive, efficient, accountable and ultimately more profitable.
